In this session, Andy introduces the class to different techniques to help set the tone for the practice:

- A standing flow sequence inspired by inflatable wobbly noodles, emphasizing balance and coordination.
The session includes a mandala balance sequence, focusing on specific areas:
- Opening the hips through various poses.
- Resetting the internal gyroscope to improve stability and strength.
