In this weeks 60min beginner friendly yoga session our sub-branch partipcants choose to move out of their comfort zone and have a go using their modifications for poses we've learnt in the previous weeks.
Arrival & Warmup: Breathwork - 3 part breath, Ujayi (Ocean Breath), Easy extended arms / forward fold / cactus / twist (including chair mods), alternate nose breathing, cat/cow,
mountain, extended mountain, forward fold (ragdoll), halfway lift, standing banana L+R
Standing Flow: Wide legged, warrior 2 (stages), reverse warrior (stages)
Cool down / Finale: reclined wind release pose L+R, pull across (IT band stretch), modified boat pose, sphinx - half frog legs L+R (include chair mod), alternate nostril breathing, savasana, OM, close
