Sun Salutation B - 20min
The practice of Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar) B is composed of six different postures which influence different organs and glands in the body, ensuring they perform in an optimum manner.
It is often used for the warming up of the body at the beginning of a yoga class. Unlike in Sun Salutation A, where there are 12 steps, Sun Salutation B has 19 steps with the addition of Chair Pose and Warrior I poses.
