RSL Active - Yoga (WCHA Summer Series Rnd2) - 60min beginner friendly yoga (18Feb25)

In todays session of RSL Active Yoga, Facilitator Andy (Yoga Mate) guides our participants through a 60min beginner friendly yoga flow. Building on the previous weeks learnings and introducing new concepts to build flexibility, mobility, strength being mindful of connecting breath to movement.

Arrival & warmup: Self body scan, mindfulness meditation, face yoga, somatic tapping, sholder flossing with strap, forward fold, breath of fire, Kapalabhati breath

Standing series: wide legged stance, warrior 2, reverse warrior, Repeat other side, chair, stork repeat other side, forward fold, halfway lift, mountain pose.

Lying series & closing: legs up the wall, head to knee, repeat other side, supine twist & repeat other side. mindfulness wrap up, savasana, finale
