Breathing meditation, Neck & Shoulder Flow - 40 min

In today's session we slow things down a little so that we can take the time to do a bodyscan and notice where in our body needs attention and self-care.

We'll start with an awareness of breath mediation, moving onto an all levels flow for neck and shoulders where the practice of these poses can help relieve the discomfort in the neck, shoulders, upper back and lowerback.

Rounding off the session with a gratitude meditation in Savasana pose, kindly passed on to me by a yoga Kendra Watson, a yoga teacher, mentor and mate. She's someone that's earned my respect and friendship in such a short amount of time.
