In this weeks session instructor Andy (Yoga Mate) guides the participants through a 60min beginner friendly Hatha yoga flow covering:
1. Kapalabhati Breath - a fast or high frequency (approximately 1 to 2 Hz) breathing technique, in which short and quick vigorous exhalations are performed with effortless inspirations.
2. Spinal Warmup - cat/cow, seated extended/cactus/twist, Sun salutation A
3. Balance - Single leg hand to foot side/front
4. Standing - crescent w/ cactus, airplane, warrior 3, warrior 2, exhalted
5,. Savasana & Mindful meditation " Identifying self judgement and bringing in self compassion"
