RSL Active - Yoga (Belmont Rnd5) - 60min beginner friendly yoga (8Oct24)
In session 5 of our RSL Active - Belmont round, instructor Andy guides the participants through a 60min beginner level yoga session combining the previous weeks sessions into a flow that allowed everyone to use the modification (chair or props) they deemed most appropriate on the day along with exploration of breath and movement.
Arrival & Warm Up - Theme "I am", alternate nose breathing, easy arm raise - cactus, easy arm raise twist L+R, Easy side stretch, tabletop - cat/cow, side cat/cow, downward dog, forward fold, halfway lift, extended-mountain. Sun Salutation (modified) x 3
Balance and Standing - Reset gyroscope (non-yogic standing rotations arms out)- Stork - Baby Tree L+R, Mountain,

2. Wide legged, warrior 2, reverse L+R
3. Wide legged, warrior 2, reverse, extended side angel L+R x 2
Cool down & Finale - mountain, forward fold, halfway lift, easy seat, tabletop rocks leg by side L+R, Boat pose modified (single leg lift - double leg lift, windshied wiper & repeat x 2, savasana & revisit theme, close
