Hip opener for runners - 30min

In this 30 min flow we focus on hip openers for runners. When we do activities like running, walking or climbing we can often get tight in the hips afterwards. Stress is also stored in the hip/mid body section.

The flow aims to target the hip flexors (psoas), hamstrings, lubricating the hip sockets and opening up.
