In this session Andy (Yoga Mate) takes our veteran & first responder participants through a 60 min beginner friendly Hatha yoga class covering:
- Kalibata breathing (short sharp exhales through the nose + movement)
- Heart and chest opening sequence - Forward fold - extended mountain w/ cactus arms,
- Sun Salutations A
- Standing and balance series warrior 1, with twist - cactus arms - humble warrior | warrior 2 - reverse | warrior 2 - reverse - triangle
- Closing sequence - reverse tabletop prep - legs up the wall - supine twist
