In this weeks session instructor Andy (Yoga Mate) guides our participants through a 60 min beginner friendly Hatha yoga flow.
Kicking off with alternate nostril breathing and warming up the spine and body with seated poses and sun salutations into the standing section where he introduces a couple of new postures building on the previous sessions, being: triangle pose to sky-archer and warrior 3 balancing.
Rounding off the session with some more alternate nostril breathing to balance out the Left and Right sides of the brain.
