We commenced our 2025 with a 60min beginner friendly yoga foundations session at West Coast Health Alliance in Joondalup, Western Australia.
The session covered:
Arrival & Warmup - Self body scan, easy seat arms raised, easy twist, easy side bend, easy twist, jaw release, base of spine release.
Build heat & warmup spine: tabletop, cat - cow, tabletop (side leg) - childs pose. tabletop - one legged curtsy flow, downward dog
Modified Sun Salutation A - mountain pose, forward fold, halfway lift, high plank, low pushup (chaturanga), downward dog
Lying / Finale - supine twists one leg (flossing), final resting pose (savasana)
